We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chief Section Foreman to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the management and monitoring of our new concrete batching plant to ensure efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of the concrete batching plant.
- Lead and coordinate production staff to ensure all output meets quality standards.
- Monitor plant machinery and production schedules to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to plant productivity and staff performance.
- Assist in resolving any technical or personnel-related issues on the section floor.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in management, specifically within a concrete mixing plant environment.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Language: Good command of English; ability to understand or speak basic Chinese is a plus.
- Education: A college degree or above is required.
- Logical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on operational efficiency.
- Adaptability: Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new production systems and plant technologies.
- Discipline: Ability to follow instructions and work effectively under the supervision of the Plant Manager.
