The Administrative Intern will support the day-to-day administrative and office operations of the education consultancy. 2. Key Responsibilities
The Administrative Intern shall, under supervision, perform the following duties:
2.1 Office Administration Support
Assist with the day-to-day administrative operations of the office and support the efficient running of all administrative functions. This includes helping maintain an organized, professional, and responsive office environment.
2.2 Filing and Records Management
Assist in maintaining proper filing systems for both physical and electronic documents, including student records, application files, correspondence, invoices, and other office documents. The intern will ensure that records are properly arranged, updated, and easily accessible when required.
2.3 Reception and Front Desk Support
Receive and attend to visitors, clients, students, and parents in a professional and courteous manner. The intern may also assist with answering phone calls, taking messages, responding to basic inquiries, and directing visitors to the appropriate office or staff member.
2.4 Data Entry and Document Preparation
Support the preparation, typing, formatting, printing, scanning, photocopying, and filing of letters, reports, forms, and other administrative documents. The intern will also assist with accurate data entry and updating of internal records and databases.
2.5 Scheduling and Coordination
Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, consultations, and follow-ups with students, parents, institutions, and staff. This includes helping manage calendars, confirming appointments, and ensuring that all necessary documents are prepared in advance.
2.6 Correspondence Management
Support the drafting, receiving, sorting, and filing of emails, letters, and other official correspondence. The intern may help ensure that communication is responded to promptly and directed to the appropriate staff member.
2.7 Student and Client Support
Assist in providing administrative support to students and clients seeking educational consultancy services. This may include helping with registration processes, document collection, follow-ups on applications, and providing general office guidance under supervision.
2.8 Office Supplies and Inventory Support
Help monitor office stationery, supplies, and basic inventory requirements. The intern may assist in tracking usage levels and reporting items that need replenishment to avoid disruption of office operations.
2.9 Confidential Records Handling
Handle student, client, and organizational documents with confidentiality and professionalism at all times. The intern must observe data privacy, discretion, and proper office protocol in managing sensitive information.
2.10 Support in Events and Meetings
Assist in organizing office meetings, workshops, student orientation sessions, or other events coordinated by the consultancy. This may include preparing attendance lists, arranging materials, setting up venues, and providing general logistical support.
2.11 Reporting and Administrative Updates

3. Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
