Role Overview
The Customer Service & Sales Officer will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service delivery while actively promoting and selling the company’s products and services. The role combines customer support with sales responsibilities to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Promote and sell company products and services to walk-in and remote customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Handle customer onboarding, account setup, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems
- Support lead generation and convert inquiries into sales
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate where necessary
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on customer interactions and sales performance
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in customer service and/or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of digital tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction
