An HR Intern will provide administrative support to the Human Resources department, assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and daily HR operations.
Key responsibilities include posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, updating databases, and supporting employee engagement.
This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office
- Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Record Management or related.
- Experience: No experience needed (Graduates only)
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Organization: Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
