About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to support our finance and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Assist in budget preparation and financial reporting
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Handle petty cash and daily financial transactions
- Assist with audits and financial reviews
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role is an added advantage
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA (Part II or above) or equivalent is an added advantage
