The Role
Zone Innovations Ltd is seeking a technical and highly motivated E-commerce & Digital Systems Associate to join our team. We are looking for a "Digital Architect" who can manage a diverse online platform that handles both high-volume product sales and professional IT-related services.
This is a key role within our organization. You will not just be "maintaining" a website; you will be building the digital engine that drives our company’s expansion. You will work closely with the MD and other team members to ensure our digital presence matches our engineering excellence.
What You Will Do
- Full Platform Ownership: Manage the WordPress/WooCommerce backend, ensuring high performance, security, and uptime.
- Service & Product Integration: Build and maintain professional catalogs for both physical inventory and technical IT service packages.
- Advanced Workflows: Configure specialized modules for retail sales, service-based inquiries, and equipment hiring systems.
- Modern UI/UX Design: Use Elementor Pro and AI-assisted design tools to maintain a world-class, professional user interface.
- System Growth: Collaborate with the MD to translate technical engineering solutions into user-friendly digital content and automated workflows.
Required Skills
- WordPress Power User: Deep experience with themes, plugins, and core WordPress architecture.
- WooCommerce Logic: Proven ability to manage complex product categories and service-oriented checkouts.
- Elementor Pro Master: Ability to build high-end, responsive layouts and custom templates from scratch.
- AI-Driven Efficiency: Highly skilled at using AI (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to accelerate technical copy, coding fixes, and design tasks.
- IT Literacy: A solid understanding of digital and IT services to accurately represent our technical offerings online.
Technical Advantages (Bonus Skills)
- Programming Knowledge: Basic proficiency in PHP, CSS, or JavaScript is a significant advantage for site customization and troubleshooting.
- Problem Solving: Ability to use AI to generate and implement code snippets when standard plugins aren't enough.
