Kwelan is a fast-growing, youth-driven mobility platform transforming the way people rent cars in Zambia. As Zambia’s leading peer-to-peer car sharing marketplace, Kwelan connects vehicle owners with renters through a simple and innovative digital platform.
We are looking for a tech-savvy, highly organized, and creative Marketing & Customer Care Coordinator to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for a young professional who is eager to grow within a dynamic startup environment and contribute to building a strong brand presence while delivering excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day customer support and digital communication with clients across email, social media, and messaging platforms
- Ensure timely, professional, and solution-focused responses to customer inquiries and service requests
- Plan, design, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Create marketing graphics, digital artwork, and promotional materials using Canva, CapCut, or similar design tools
- Support marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and online engagement
- Assist in maintaining the company’s digital presence and brand consistency across platforms
- Work closely with management to implement marketing strategies and promotional initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing
- A portfolio or examples of previous creative work (graphics, posts, videos, etc.)
- Strong digital literacy and familiarity with social media tools and online platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
