Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Business, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing
- Skilled in Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & WhatsApp marketing
- Ability to create graphics, videos & engaging content
- Experience running paid adverts is an advantage
- Good communication and customer engagement skills
- Able to generate leads and increase brand visibility
- Must have own smartphone/laptop and reliable internet
- Self-motivated, creative and able to meet targets
1 Position: Customer Services Assistant
Requirements:
- At least Diploma or Degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing or any related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in Air & Sea Shipping
- Good knowledge of cargo clearing, tracking & logistics processes
- Strong customer care and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle quotations, bookings and follow-ups
- Must know how to calculate and convert CBM
- Must understand Volumetric Weight formulas for air cargo
- Good computer skills (Email, Excel, Word)
- Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage)
- Honest, professional and able to work under pressure
