EaglePay is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will be a linchpin between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring that all IT initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards and strategic objectives.
This role requires a blend of strong technical knowledge, exceptional leadership, and meticulous organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include project planning, execution, and monitoring, as well as managing risks, issues, and dependencies. The role involves coordinating teams and vendors, communicating with stakeholders, and overseeing budget and quality control. The IT Project Manager will also promote project management methodologies and best practices and handle project documentation and closure.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Candidates should atleast 2 years or more of IT project management experience and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Strong technical knowledge of IT systems, SDLC, networks, and cybersecurity is necessary. Proficiency with project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or Trello is required. Essential soft skills include leadership, problem-solving, communication, and time management.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Preferred qualifications include PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications. ITIL, Experience with Software Development, cloud, systems and data management tools
