Explosion Investments Ltd, a leading name in high-quality printing and branding solutions based in Chingola, is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Tailor to join our production team.

We aren't just looking for someone who can sew clothes; we need an expert who can bring our high-impact branding assets to life—from massive gazebos to precision teardrop flags.

Key Responsibilities

Industrial Branding Assembly: Constructing and sewing heavy-duty branding items including gazebos, canopies, and marquee covers.
Flag Production: Precision sewing of teardrop and feather flags, including the creation of specialized rod pockets for hardware.
Signage Finishing: Finishing large-format items such as backdrops, media walls, and banners with heavy-duty zippers, silicone edge graphics (SEG), or reinforced hems for eyelets.
Custom Branding: Sewing branded patches, woven labels, and badges onto corporate uniforms and promotional merchandise.
Quality Control: Inspecting materials and finished products to ensure they meet our "Stitched to Impress" quality standards before client pick-up.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Proven experience as a tailor, preferably with experience in industrial textile production or large-format branding.
Technical Skills: Mastery of industrial sewing machines and overlockers capable of handling heavy weather-resistant fabrics (e.g., 500D polyester, canvas, vinyl).
Precision: Ability to follow technical specifications and templates to ensure stitching does not interfere with printed logos or slogans.
Reliability: Strong time management skills to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced printing environment.
