Sun King Zambia Limited hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced security companies to submit proposals for the provision of security services at its retail shops located in the following regions:
- Northern
- Central
- Luapula
- Lusaka
- Copperbelt
Scope of Services
The selected security company will be required to provide:
- One (1) security guard per shop for night shift coverage
- Protection of company property and assets
- Incident monitoring and reporting.
- Proper coordination and communication with Sun King management
Minimum Requirements
Eligible security companies must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience in providing security services to reputable organizations
- Must have a physical, fully operational office in each region being applied for
- Valid company registration and all relevant operating licenses
- Compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Capacity to deploy trained, vetted, and uniformed security personnel
- Proven ability to manage multi-site operations across regions
Submission Requirements
Bidders must include:
- Company profile
- Evidence of past and current contracts (with references)
- Copies of registration and compliance certificates
- Physical office addresses for each region applied for
- Detailed financial proposal (Monthly cost per guard)
- Deployment and supervision plan
Important Notice
Each security company is permitted to submit a proposal for only one (1) region. Multiple region submissions by the same company will not be considered.
