🔍 ROLE OVERVIEW
Richkays Innovations & Services is inviting applications for the position of Sales Executive as part of our 2026 growth strategy.
This is a target-driven role suited for a disciplined, self-motivated individual who can prospect, follow up, close deals, and grow B2B client accounts with minimal supervision.
🎯 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prospect and acquire new B2B and institutional clients
• Follow up leads, inquiries, and quotations consistently
• Close sales and meet monthly revenue targets
• Promote:
o Printing & branding services
o Office equipment rentals
o Maintenance & support contracts
o IT and business solutions
• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline
• Identify opportunities for contracts and retainers
• Work closely with Admin on quotations, invoicing, and follow-ups
• Submit weekly sales and pipeline reports
📊 PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
• Meeting Monthly sales target
• Consistent follow-up without reminders
• Clear reporting on:
o Leads generated
o Quotes issued
o Deals closed
• Professional conduct at all times
🎓 EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum: Grade 12 Certificate
• Other qualifications: Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
✅ OTHER REQUIREMENTS
• Proven experience in sales or marketing (B2B experience is an advantage)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under targets and pressure
• Self-driven, disciplined, and accountable
• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, Excel)
• Knowledge of printing, branding, or office solutions is an added advantage
• Driver’s license is an added advantage
