Its Head Office is located in the Lusaka’s Light Industrial Area along Nampundwe Road, Off Mumbwa Road. In its quest to maintain quality service delivery, the company seeks to recruit qualified highly motivated and goal-oriented professionals to fill the following positions.
1. Warehouse Supervisor (2 Positions)
Job Overview
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, and staff supervision. The role ensures efficient warehouse operations while maintaining safety, accuracy, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
l Supervise warehouse staff and daily warehouse activities.
l Ensure proper receiving, storage, and dispatch of materials/products.
l Monitor inventory accuracy and stock movements.
l Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
l Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams.
l Prepare warehouse reports and documentation.
l Ensure compliance with company procedures and FIFO practices.
l Train and guide warehouse personnel.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
l Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
l Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehouse supervision.
l Knowledge of inventory management systems.
l Strong leadership and organizational skills.
l Good communication and reporting skills.
2. Electrical & Instrumentation Technician/Engineer (5 Positions)
Job Overview
The Electrical & Instrumentation Technician/Engineer will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure continuous and efficient plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
l Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
l Troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation faults.
l Maintain PLCs, sensors, motors, drives, and control systems.
l Ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.
l Monitor plant electrical systems and instrumentation.
l Support production teams during breakdowns.
l Maintain maintenance records and reports.
l Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
l Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
l Minimum of 3 years’ industrial experience.
l Experience in manufacturing or processing plants will be an added advantage.
l Knowledge of PLC systems and industrial automation.
l Strong problem-solving abilities.
3. Machine Operator (Biscuits & Plastic Experience)
Job Overview
The Machine Operator will operate and monitor production machines efficiently to achieve production targets while maintaining product quality and safety standards. Experience in biscuit manufacturing and plastic processing is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
l Operate production machinery safely and efficiently.
l Monitor machine performance and product quality.
l Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.
l Minimize downtime and report technical faults.
l Follow production schedules and SOPs.
l Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.
l Ensure products meet quality standards.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
l Minimum Grade 12 Certificate or Technical qualification.
l Experience operating biscuit or plastic manufacturing machines.
l Basic mechanical knowledge.
l Ability to work shifts.
l Good attention to detail and teamwork skills.
4. Team Lead (4 Positions)
Job Overview
The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising operators and production staff to ensure smooth operations, productivity, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
l Lead and supervise production teams.
l Allocate daily tasks and monitor performance.
l Ensure production targets are achieved.
l Enforce safety and quality procedures.
l Report operational issues and downtime.
l Support staff training and development.
l Maintain discipline and teamwork within the department.
l Prepare shift and production reports.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
l Diploma or relevant technical qualification in engineering.
l Minimum of 5 years’ supervisory experience in manufacturing.
l Strong leadership and communication skills.
l Ability to manage teams under pressure.
l Knowledge of production processes and safety standards.
5. General Engineering Supervisor (GES) – Gold Mining Industry
Job Overview
The General Engineering Supervisor (GES) will oversee engineering maintenance activities within the mining operation to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of mining equipment and plant infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
l Supervise maintenance and repair activities for mining and plant equipment.
l Coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and fabrication teams.
l Ensure compliance with safety regulations and engineering standards.
l Support production teams to minimize downtime.
l Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and equipment performance.
l Supervise artisans, technicians, and contractors.
l Maintain engineering reports, inspections, and maintenance records.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
l Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mining, or Heavy Equipment Engineering.
l Valid Engineering Supervisory Certificate will be an added advantage.
l 5–10 years’ experience in mining or heavy industry.
l Experience supervising maintenance teams in a gold mining environment.
l Strong knowledge of fixed plant and mobile equipment maintenance systems.
