Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing, client relationship management, and business growth? We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing impactful marketing strategies, driving business growth opportunities, and ensuring excellent client service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing and business development strategies for clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective account management
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth
- Coordinate and oversee campaign execution across digital and traditional platforms
- Prepare client presentations, proposals, reports, and campaign performance reviews
- Work closely with creative, media, and strategy teams to deliver successful campaigns
- Manage multiple accounts while ensuring timelines and client expectations are met
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing opportunities
- Support ATL campaigns and media buying activities where required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years’ relevant work experience in account management, digital marketing, advertising, or business development
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and campaign management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Client-focused with a creative and solution-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to drive business growth and manage key stakeholder relationships
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Membership with ZIM is an added advantage
- Experience in ATL campaigns and media buying will be an added advantage
