Are you passionate about marketing, client relationship management, and driving impactful campaigns? We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating marketing campaigns, and supporting business growth initiatives for both local and international brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns for clients
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Coordinate campaign implementation across digital and traditional marketing platforms
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to client expectations
- Prepare client briefs, presentations, proposals, and campaign reports
- Liaise with internal creative and production teams to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Identify opportunities for account growth and business development
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to clients
- Support brand visibility and overall client satisfaction through proactive communication
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience in marketing, advertising, account management, or related field
- Relevant Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related discipline
- Strong understanding of marketing strategy development and campaign execution
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Client-focused with a creative and innovative mindset
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Membership with ZIM is an added advantage
- Project Management experience will be an added advantage
