MISSION
To provide high‑level administrative, coordination, and executive support to the Executive Members, ensuring efficient management of executive activities, seamless communication, and effective execution of strategic and operational priorities within the fintech business. The role works directly with all Executive Members to enhance productivity, strengthen administrative governance, and support the smooth functioning of executive operations
Core Responsibilities:
Ensures 100% timely and precise management of executive calendars;
Coordinates travel with zero disruptions in itinerary execution;
Maintains ≥ 99% error‑free filing and documentation accuracy;
Ensures continuous availability of office supplies, tools, and communication systems;
Achieves ≥ 90% satisfaction rating from Executive Members;
Completes administrative tasks within agreed turnaround timelines;
Ensures zero breaches in confidentiality and governance procedures;
Delivers at least two administrative process improvements per quarter;
Coordinates high‑level executive activities, communication, and engagement across multiple business units;
Collaborates with HR, Finance, Strategy, Corporate Affairs, and Administration to execute Executive priorities;
Applies thorough understanding of organisational processes, executive protocols, governance requirements, and cross‑functional workflows;
Ensures seamless coordination of all Executive calendars, schedules, and appointments;
Prepares and ensures accuracy and availability of all documents, briefs, and packs for Executive meetings;
Coordinates all ExCo, Board, and stakeholder engagements smoothly;
Supports delivery of Executive‑driven projects, initiatives, and priority tasks;
Interfaces between Executives and internal business units;
Engages with Group teams, external partners, and high‑level stakeholders on behalf of Executives;
Develops, maintains, and enhances administrative systems, tools, and processes to improve Executive efficiency;
Escalates and follows up on critical issues requiring Executive attention;
Manages confidential communication and ensures adherence to governance protocols at all times;
Coordinates travel, logistics, and protocol arrangements for all Executive movements;
Manages executive administrative tasks beyond designated scope when required;
Introduces and champions improved administrative practices, tools, and organisational standards across the Executive office;
Encourages effective communication and information sharing between Executives, departments, and key stakeholders;
Suggests best‑practice administrative processes, workflow enhancements, and documentation structures to improve efficiency;
Candidate Requirements:
Grade 12 certificate with 5 credits or better of which English and Mathematics are a must;
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, HR, or related field.
Additional certification in Executive Assistance, Office Management, or Administration is an added advantage
