We are seeking two highly motivated and results-oriented professionals to join our team as an Eastern & Southern FMCG Sales Specialist. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, supporting retail operations, and ensuring effective implementation of company sales and promotional activities across the Eastern and Southern regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers regularly to secure orders and ensure sales targets are achieved;
- Conduct retail outlet visits to address terminal demands and resolve after-sales issues;
- Carry out market visits to collect competitor information and monitor market trends;
- Implement company promotional activities and ensure effective execution in the market;
- Conduct vehicle-based sales activities to develop and grow terminal/end customers;
- Collect payments and reconcile customer accounts accurately and on time;
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term business growth;
- Provide timely market and sales feedback reports to management;
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Experience in FMCG sales will be an added advantage;
- Passionate about sales with strong execution and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to travel extensively and work across the Eastern and Southern regions;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills;
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure;
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
