We are seeking for an experienced Human Resource Officer to join the Human resource team.
This position reports to the Lead - Human Resource Manager. Successful candidates will be responsible for the below duties:
· Complete full-cycle HR work including employee recruitment, onboarding, induction, training, Grievances, performance evaluations, attendance management, salary settlement, employee transfer and resignation procedures
· Establish and improve basic HR management systems, sort out employee files and optimize daily management, maintain good employee order and team stability.
· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations (according to Zambian Labour Laws)
Requirements:
· Diploma in Human Resource Management with 5 years’ experience
· Member of ZHRIM
