We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Remote Operations Coordinator to oversee and optimize daily operational activities while ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, candidates, clients, and management. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, with proven ability to manage complex operations in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage daily remote operational workflows and activities.
- Schedule and oversee meetings, interviews, webinars, assessments, and project sessions.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Monitor operational timelines and ensure all deliverables are met efficiently.
- Track candidate and team progress throughout recruitment, onboarding, and execution phases.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and maintain accurate records and databases.
- Support senior management with strategic planning and administrative operations.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior coordinators and support staff where applicable.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of proven experience in operations coordination, project coordination, administration, recruitment coordination, or related fields.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setup.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and virtual communication tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accountability.
Education
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field is strongly preferred.
