Position Overview
Chips Green Innovations Limited is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Independent Marketing & Sales Representative to help grow our client base and secure contracts for our products and services.
This is a commission-based opportunity suitable for individuals who are confident in sales, enjoy interacting with people, and are passionate about achieving results. The successful candidate will work independently, remotely, and have the flexibility to visit our nursery and introduce prospective clients to our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Market and promote the company's products and services to companies, farmers, institutions, and individual clients.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales and contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Arrange client visits to the nursery where necessary.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Compensation
- Commission-based remuneration at 15% of every successful sale or contract secured.
- The more sales you make, the more you earn.
- Successful candidates may choose to receive their commissions:
- Immediately after a completed sale;
- Weekly; or
- Monthly.
Requirements
- Proven sales and marketing experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- A natural ability to engage people, build relationships, and close sales opportunities.
