The Entry Level Archivist supports basic records management functions, including sorting, indexing, and preserving documents for client companies. The role focuses on learning archival procedures, maintaining accurate records, and supporting senior archival staff in daily tasks.
· Sort incoming client documents under close supervision.
· Assist in indexing files according to established procedures.
· Capture data accurately into the EAS system.
· Retrieve and return client files under guidance.
· Participate in cleaning, packaging, and preservation tasks.
· Support physical movement of records within the warehouse.
· Assist in all processes of records digitalization.
· Assist senior team members in protecting and preserving collections.
· Comply with company information security and data protection guidelines.

QUALIFICATION
