To oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review project plans to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and site staff.
- Monitor project progress, prepare internal and external reports, and manage risks.
- Ensure all on-site activities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Professional Registration: Must hold a valid practicing certificate and current EIZ membership. (Proof required).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction, energy, or infrastructure sector.
- Certification: PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage.

- Copy of valid EIZ registration certificate and practicing license.
- Copy of NRC/Passport.
