We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our online sales channels, improve the customer shopping experience, and drive revenue growth through digital commerce strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, online merchandising, customer engagement, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce website and online marketplaces.
Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, prices, and inventory information.
Monitor online sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.
Develop and implement e-commerce marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Coordinate with marketing, sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Monitor customer orders, payments, returns, refunds, and delivery issues.
Optimize product pages for search engines and improve online visibility.
Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, sales trends, and customer behavior.
Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and recommend improvements.
Conduct competitor and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Ensure accurate pricing, product information, promotions, and availability across all digital channels.
Support social media and digital advertising campaigns designed to generate online sales.
Improve the customer journey and identify ways to increase customer retention and repeat purchases.
Stay updated on emerging e-commerce technologies, platforms, tools, and industry trends.

Requirements

Master’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital sales, online retail, or a related role.
Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar systems.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, online merchandising, and social media.
Good knowledge of Google Analytics and other e-commerce analytics tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing online marketplaces.
Knowledge of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Experience with email/SMS marketing and customer relationship management systems.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
