Administration Manager:
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and regularly update company licenses, insurance, trademark registration, and compliance procedures in Zambia;
- Maintain external relations with government authorities (immigration, police, fire department, entry & exit bureau, etc.) and support external liaison for large-scale events;
- Lead and develop the administration and logistics teams, implement 6S environmental management, follow up on employee performance evaluations, and train local management staff;
- Oversee financial account reviews, vehicle management, and factory security & safety management;
- Supervise daily reception and hospitality tasks, including immigration liaison, airport transfers, and accommodation arrangements;
- Manage and coordinate emergency response to ensure the safety and stability of company operations.
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or above
At least 5 years of experience in administration management or in a similar managerial role
Proven experience in managing a company of atleast 500 employees
Skills & Competencies:
- Familiar with handling and renewing company licenses, insurance, trademarks, and compliance procedures in Zambia

Human Resource Manager:
Job Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for managing employee relations and training programs within a manufacturing environment, particularly overseeing production workforce of atleast 500 employees. The role requires a strategic and flexible approach to employee relations, ensuring compliance with Zambian labor laws and fostering a stable, engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations
- Lead and manage all aspects of employee relations for the production workforce, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant handling of grievances, disputes, and disciplinary matters.
- Advise senior management on complex employee relations issues, providing strategic solutions from a company-wide perspective.
- Monitor and improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace morale through surveys, feedback, and proactive interventions.
- Promote and reinforce a positive company culture, ensuring alignment with organizational values and objectives.
Training and Development
- Design, implement, and oversee training programs tailored to production employees, including onboarding, skill development, and leadership programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs to enhance employee performance and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop annual training plans within budget.
Policy and Compliance Management
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with Zambian labor laws and industry best practices.
- Ensure all HR practices, including contracts, discipline, performance management, and terminations, are compliant and effectively managed.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the HR team, ensuring effective execution of employee relations and training initiatives.
- Build HR team capability through coaching, development, and performance management.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (full-time).
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment with production workforce over 500 employees.

Administration Supervisor:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage employee shuttle buses and office transport, ensuring safety and punctuality.
- Oversee warehouse, office supplies, and equipment management; ensure proper inventory control.
- Assist HR with attendance, leave, and employee welfare activities.
- Manage staff dormitories and factory living facilities; ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Maintain overall factory and office environment, including security, cleaning, and facility upkeep.
- Support administrative coordination across departments and assist management with reports and documents.
- Lead and supervise the administrative team to ensure efficiency and high performance.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Administration, Business Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative management in large manufacturing companies (500+ employees); experience in ceramics or production-based enterprises preferred.

Domestic Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales target achievement:
Develop and implement annual, quarterly and monthly sales plans to ensure that sales targets are met.
Analyze sales data, track sales performance, and adjust sales strategies in a timely manner.
Develop corresponding sales strategies according to market changes to increase sales.
2. Team management:
Establish and manage sales teams, conduct team building and training.
Motivate team members, improve team morale, and enhance sales performance.
Evaluate team members' performance, provide feedback and guidance.
3. Customer relationship management:
Develop new customers and expand sales channels.
Maintain old customers and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
Handle customer complaints and after-sales issues to improve customer satisfaction.
4. Market research and analysis:
Collect market information and understand the dynamics of competitors.
Analyze market trends and provide sales strategy suggestions for the company.
Participate in industry exhibitions and promotional activities.
5. Coordination and communication:
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth progress of sales work.
Maintain good communication with dealers and other partners.

Required Experience
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Sales/marketing, business administration or related field
2. Over 5 years working experience in Building material, construction, insurance, FMCG, Bank or related industry,
preferably with work experience in large ceramic factories in Africa, strong stress resistance, conscientious and responsible.

Audit Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
1.Anti-fraud audit: daily anti-fraud audit works, like market research, and investigate the whistle-blower’ accusations
2.Sales Audit: customer reconciliation, market inquiry, and prepare the research report
3.Procurement Audit: supplier reconciliation, market inquiry, and prepare the research report
4.Inventory Audit: monthly inventory, daily inventory
5.Cost Audit: the authenticity and accuracy of various costs, such as advertising costs and transportation costs
6.Regularly plan and organize the anti-fraud and integrity training to staff
7.Other duties assigned by the Audit Manager
Required Experience
- Bachelor degree (Auditing/Accounting major preferred)
- No less than 3 years’ internal audit/anti-fraud experience
- Certified Anti-Fraud Professional (CAP), and certified Internal Auditor (CIA) are preferred
- Knowledge in anti-fraud or investigation skills
- Strong communication and coordination skills across departments;
- Strong pressure resistance, and physical and mental health.
- Fluent oral skills and excellent literacy ability in English or French;
- Proficiency in office software, like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
HR Compensation and Performance Supervisor
Key Responsibilities
1. Compensation Management
- Review payroll calculations for accuracy
- Follow up on salary adjustments, including quarterly promotion-based adjustments for production staff
2. Performance Management
- Oversee and implement regular performance appraisal processes
3. External Relations
- Maintain and manage relationships with Social Security Bureau and other relevant authorities
4. Special Projects
- Assist in external salary surveys
- Support annual manpower cost budgeting and other compensation/performance-related projects
Required Experience
The ideal candidate will have worked in a manufacturing company with atleast 500 employees, have hands-on experience using payroll systems, and have successfully implemented performance management programs.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on compensation and performance management
• Experience in manufacturing industry with 500+ employees preferred
• Proficiency in payroll system operation and salary calculation review
• Experience in implementing performance appraisal schemes
• Strong data analysis, communication, and coordination skills.
Warehouse Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving, counting, inspecting, and recording raw materials, auxiliary materials, semi-finished products, spare parts, and finished products, ensuring consistency between physical stock and records.
- Verify quantities and specifications against purchase orders, production orders, and delivery notes to prevent errors; cooperate with the quality inspection department to ensure materials meet quality standards.
- Plan storage locations reasonably according to category, batch, and turnover rate (fast-moving items near entrances/exits, slow-moving items at the back).
- Establish location codes and labels, maintain warehouse environment (moisture-proof, fire-proof, anti-theft, pest control), and conduct regular checks on material conditions.
- Focus on theft prevention and monitoring for high-risk items (e.g., hardware components) to reduce losses.
- Establish and maintain inventory ledgers, strictly ensuring consistency among records, cards, and physical stock.
- Implement dynamic stocktaking (checking items on the day they move), cycle counts, and periodic full inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy approaches 100%.
- Analyze inventory turnover and slow-moving items, and cooperate with the PMC department to promote inventory optimization.
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or above;
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience;
- Proven experience in warehouse operations management, with the ability to independently oversee warehouse activities;
- Experience managing a team of over 100 employees;
- Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to drive team performance efficiently.
