Position Overview:
This role will build the operational infrastructure to support MCI’s expansion into other ASM-rich districts, ensuring organizational excellence, risk management, and adaptive management across different contexts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic expansion plan to establish MCI programs and ASM hubs.
- Design and roll out standardized operational policies, procedures, and safety protocols for multi- operations.
- Lead the setup of new offices, including legal registration, team hiring, and operational launch.
- Manage i risk, including political, security, and financial risks across different jurisdictions.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Development, or similar.
- 10+ years of senior operational leadership experience in an international NGO, with a proven record of managing multi-country programs.
- Expertise in organizational development, international compliance, and risk management.
