Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily logistics and order fulfillment for our online platform
Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock movement
Support customer service teams with operational insights and escalations
Collaborate with tech and marketing teams to improve the user experience
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
Experience in e-commerce, retail operations, or supply chain management
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and online order management systems
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Passion for innovation and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and internal policies
Minimum 2 to 3 years experience
