Weaverbird Group is a fast-growing company committed to delivering innovative solutions across retail and technology. As we expand our operations, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support our supply chain and procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing suppliers and maintaining vendor relationships
Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of goods and service
Support tender processes and ensure compliance with procurement policies
Maintain accurate documentation and filing systems
Liaise with internal departments to forecast procurement needs
Monitor market trends and pricing to support cost-effective purchasing
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management/ Purchasing and supply, Business Administration, or related field
At least 1–2 years of experience in procurement or logistics
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Integrity, attention to detail, and a commitment to transparency
Track deliveries and manage inventory records
