Zimworx is looking for a motivated and personable Sales Setter to join our growing sales team. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, you’ll play a critical role in qualifying leads, gathering key information, and ensuring prospects are seamlessly passed to sales representatives. This is a perfect role for someone who is approachable, detail-oriented, and eager to support the sales process.
- Promptly contact inbound leads during US corporate business hours.
- Build rapport with prospects, creating a professional yet approachable experience.
- Qualify leads by gathering essential information, including specialty, business history, interests, purchasing timeline, financial approach, and concerns.
- Accurately document all interactions and information in the CRM.
- Assign qualified leads to the appropriate sales representative based on specialty and priority.
- Act as a bridge between marketing, sales reps, and prospective clients.
- Maintain daily productivity metrics and follow established sales processes.
- Present a professional, courteous, and enthusiastic demeanor consistently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Broad understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
- Comfortable communicating with business owners, decision-makers, and professional clients.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with the sales team and leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
