We are seeking a proactive and experienced Property Development Manager to lead and oversee a property project. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the development of the estate from concept to completion, ensuring quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project design, planning approvals, and implementation.
- Manage contractors, consultants, and service providers to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for the estate.
- Prepare budgets, monitor costs, and ensure project profitability.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Provide regular progress reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years’ proven experience in real estate development, housing, or construction management.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders including government authorities, contractors, and clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
