- Developing Marketing Strategies by analysing market trends and consumer behaviour to create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company objectives as well as ensure setting of clear goals and defining target markets.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency with the brand image and effective targeting of the intended audience.
- Must be able to conduct market research so as to ensure understanding of customer preferences and competitive dynamics.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: must be able to work closely with other teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals.
- Track the performance of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies based on data analysis to improve outcomes.
- Design, implement and monitor marketing strategies that align with company objectives.
- Analyse market trends and consumer needs to meet marketing efforts accordingly.
- Manage social media platforms and branding to ensure a cohesive public image.
- Oversee the creation and execution of digital and print marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements;
- Must have a Grade 12 Certificate.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Atleast 3 years experience in the role.
