Before & After Beauty Lounge is seeking a talented and passionate Nail and Lash Technician to join our creative team in Lusaka. The ideal candidate should have an eye for detail, a flair for beauty artistry, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
You will be responsible for performing high-quality nail and lash services, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and ensuring each client leaves looking and feeling their absolute best.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manicure, pedicure, gel polish, acrylic, and nail art services.
- Apply and maintain eyelash extensions, lash lifts, and tints according to client preferences.
- Provide expert advice on nail and lash aftercare.
- Maintain salon hygiene, equipment sterilization, and work area organization.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and techniques.
- Promote a friendly, professional, and relaxing salon atmosphere.
- Assist with product sales and cross-promotion of other beauty services when needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Certificate or prior experience in nail or lash application (training provided for the right candidate).
