The Opportunity
Hobbiton is seeking a sharp, analytical, and client-focused Securities Broker to join our growing team in Lusaka. If you already reside in Lusaka or are willing to self-relocate, this role offers a chance to be part of a fast-evolving digital finance ecosystem
What You Will Do
- Execute client buy and sell orders for equities, bonds, and other listed instruments in line with LuSE trading procedures.
- Provide investment advice aligned with clients’ financial goals and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and analyze market movements, providing timely insights and trade opportunities.
- Ensure all trades, reconciliations, and returns comply with SECZ, LuSE, and company policies.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients on account status, settlements, and market trends.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and custodians to ensure seamless trade settlements.
- Educate clients on using the Patumba App for trading and provide feedback to internal teams for continuous product improvement
