Responsibilities:
- Process and prepare multi-entity payroll with accuracy and timeliness
- Review and verify timekeeping, deductions, and adjustments
- Ensure compliance with payroll tax laws and company policies
- Maintain accurate payroll records and prepare reports for management/audits
- Reconcile data and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Provide responsive support to employees on payroll matters
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams
- Contribute to process improvements and payroll procedure documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
- 2–4 years of payroll or timekeeping experience (multi-entity preferred)
- Proficiency with UKG/ADP/Oracle or any related payroll software, as well as Microsoft Office (advanced Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong math, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team under tight deadlines
