Zimworx is seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Success Partner to ensure exceptional client experiences and lead a high-performing team. If you excel at client engagement, team management, and operational oversight, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as the main liaison between clients, account managers, and back-office teams.
Deliver exceptional client service by understanding needs, providing guidance, and ensuring satisfaction with company procedures and services.
Oversee team productivity, attendance, and performance through routine checks, support, and reporting.
Manage employee onboarding, training, and development, ensuring staff are informed and equipped to perform effectively.
Address performance issues and enforce compliance with company policies and code of conduct.
Provide guidance, information, and ongoing support to employees to foster a high-performing, professional work environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Administration, or a related field.
4+ years’ experience in a team leader or managerial role.
Sales and Marketing certification is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Apple iWork Suite.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.
