Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, acting as the main liaison between clients, account managers, and back-office teams.
- Deliver exceptional client service by understanding needs, providing guidance, and ensuring satisfaction with company procedures and services.
- Oversee team productivity, attendance, and performance through routine checks, support, and reporting.
- Manage employee onboarding, training, and development, ensuring staff are informed and equipped to perform effectively.
- Address performance issues and enforce compliance with company policies and code of conduct.
- Provide guidance, information, and ongoing support to employees to foster a high-performing, professional work environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Administration, or a related field.
- 4+ years’ experience in a team leader or managerial role.
- Sales and Marketing certification is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Apple iWork Suite.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client engagement skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership abilities.
