Summary
· The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing digital advertising accounts. We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in:
· Performance Marketing (SEM, SEO, PPC, and DSP advertising): to manage and optimize campaigns for user acquisition and conversion.
· KOL and Media Partnership Development: to collaborate with key influencers, local media, and vendors for brand visibility and user growth.
· Social Media Advertising (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok): to run paid and organic campaigns across major platforms.
· Data Analytics & Conversion Optimization: to track, analyze, and improve campaign ROI using tools like Google Analytics, similarweb, Semrush and Meta Ads Manager.
· Content Strategy & SEO Growth: to increase organic traffic and enhance brand visibility through strategic content initiatives.
At least 3 years of proven professional experience. Digital marketing serves as a key pillar of our overall marketing strategy.
Job Descriptions
1. Focus on developing media and KOL partnerships, including collaborations with promotion vendors, payment vendors, and other local business partners, to drive user growth for the company.
2. Gather competitive intelligence and provide constructive recommendations for product improvements and innovation strategies.
3. Oversee the setup and management of Google, Facebook, and DSP ad accounts. Create, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns by testing multiple variations to identify top performers, while continuously monitoring and improving results. Plan, execute, and evaluate experiments and conversion tests.
4. Monitor and optimize campaign performance by analyzing results, identifying trends, and reporting issues or opportunities, while also offering actionable insights for improvement.
5. Evaluate campaign analytics to ensure ROI objectives are met. Identify key trends and insights to maximize performance and return on investment in paid search campaigns.
6. Analyze performance data to generate insights and actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.
7. Recommend updates to website content, links, and other SEO-related elements to improve rankings for target keywords. Collaborate with content specialists to implement SEO strategies and drive sustainable organic growth.
Job Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in planning and executing successful SEO and SEM strategies.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Facebook advertising campaigns.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; additional marketing certifications are a plus.
• Demonstrated success in driving significant and sustained website traffic growth.
• Strong proficiency with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
