Job Title: Social Media Sales Assistant

Salary: K2,000 per month during 3-month probation (negotiable after)
About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic and reliable Social Media Sales Assistant to step into a key customer-facing role. You’ll be responsible for managing our Facebook page, handling TikTok uploads, hosting live sessions, and engaging with customers in the comments to help them understand our products and drive sales. If you enjoy being online, interacting with people, and turning interest into actual purchases, this job is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day activity on the company Facebook page.
- Upload and schedule TikTok videos consistently.
- Host engaging live sessions on Facebook and/or TikTok to showcase our products.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly with clear and helpful product information.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Maintain a positive brand image across all platforms.
- Provide daily feedback to the team on customer interactions and content performance.
Requirements
- Completed Grade 12.
- Confident using Facebook, TikTok, and basic social media tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable speaking on live video and interacting with viewers in real time.
- Must be self driven
- Sales experience is an added advantage but not required if you’re a fast learner.
