- Position: Events and Décor Coordinator
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, coordinate, and manage events including conferences, weddings, corporate functions, and social events
- Conceptualize, design, and execute event décor in line with client requirements and brand standards
- Liaise with clients to understand event needs, themes, budgets, and expectations
- Coordinate with internal departments (kitchen, bar, housekeeping, maintenance, marketing) for seamless event delivery
- Source, manage, and supervise décor materials, equipment, and service providers
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards
- Maintain décor inventory and recommend repairs or replacements
- Prepare event proposals, quotations, and post-event reports
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies during events
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Diploma or Certificate in Events Management, Hospitality, or related field
- Proven experience in event coordination and décor (hospitality industry is an added advantage)
- Strong creativity with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, are an added advantage)

2.Position: Electrician
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, maintain, inspect, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
- Diagnose and fix electrical faults promptly
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance and inspections
- Maintain inverters, lighting systems, and power distribution boards
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies
- Respond to electrical emergencies and breakdowns
- Keep accurate maintenance and job records
- Coordinate with management and other departments on maintenance needs
- Ensure tools and work areas are kept safe and tidy
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Craft Certificate, Trade Test Certificate, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as an electrician (commercial facilities experience is an added advantage)
- Knowledge of electrical safety regulations and standards
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
- Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call duties
- Good communication and teamwork skills

3.Position: Motor Vehicle Mechanic
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose, service, and repair motor vehicles (petrol and diesel)
- Conduct routine vehicle servicing and preventive maintenance
- Identify mechanical and electrical faults and carry out repairs
- Maintain service records and vehicle maintenance logs
- Inspect vehicles to ensure roadworthiness and safety compliance
- Repair or replace worn or damaged vehicle parts
- Respond to vehicle breakdowns and emergency repairs
- Ensure tools and workshop areas are kept clean and safe
- Comply with company safety policies and transport regulations
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Craft Certificate, Trade Test Certificate, or Diploma in Motor Vehicle Mechanics / Automotive Engineering
- Proven experience as a Motor Vehicle Mechanic
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of petrol and diesel engines
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergencies
