As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Digital Associate to support our digital operations, online marketing, and customer engagement.
Position Overview
The Digital Associate will manage and grow Automart24’s digital presence by maintaining online listings, creating engaging content, supporting customer interactions, and ensuring smooth day-to-day digital operations. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Platform Management
- Manage and update car listings on the Automart24 website with accurate details, verified information, and quality images.
- Ensure the website runs smoothly, coordinating with technical support where necessary.
2. Digital Content Creation & Marketing
- Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, graphics, and videos.
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and online promotions.
- Support SEO optimization and manage Google Ads or other digital advertising tools.
3. Customer Engagement
- Respond to customer inquiries via website, email, and social media.
- Provide support for a seamless digital client experience.
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor online traffic, engagement, and campaign results using analytics tools.
- Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
5. Research & Innovation
- Stay up to date with digital trends, tools, and competitor strategies.
- Recommend and implement new ideas to improve Automart24’s digital footprint.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Full Grade 12 Certificate required. Diploma/Degree in IT, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field is an advantage.
- Experience: Prior experience in digital content creation, social media management, or website operations preferred.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, online ads, and content management systems.
