Therefore, Carlcare Service Limited wishes to invite Fresh Graduates to fill the Accounts Intern position to be based in Lusaka
Job Summary
The Accounts Intern will support the Finance Department in day-to-day accounting and financial operations. The role provides hands-on experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance while developing practical accounting and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping Support
• Assist in recording daily financial transactions.
• Support preparation and filing of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
• Assist with processing supplier invoices and payments.
• Support tracking of receivables and following up on outstanding payments.
• Help reconcile customer and supplier accounts.
Banking & Reconciliation
• Assist with bank reconciliations.
• Support cashbook maintenance and petty cash management.
Reporting & Analysis
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Administrative Support
• File financial documents accurately and securely.
• Assist with audits and finance-related inquiries.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
• Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
