Marie Stopes Zambia (MSZ) invites qualified, reputable, and eligible suppliers to apply for registration and inclusion in its 2026 Approved Supplier Database.
Marie Stopes Zambia is a leading provider of high-quality sexual and reproductive health services across Zambia. In order to effectively support our programmes and operations nationwide, MSZ seeks to engage suppliers who demonstrate value for money, reliability, technical competence, ethical business conduct, and the ability to deliver goods and services in a timely manner.
Categories of Goods and Services
Suppliers are invited to register under one or more of the following categories:
- Medical equipment, medical supplies, and pharmaceuticals
- Laboratory equipment and consumables
- Office furniture, office supplies, stationery, and IT equipment
- Printing, branding, communication, and promotional materials
- Building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and general works
- Travel & Car Hire Services, Air Flight Services, Freight and Local Office Removal
- Vehicle maintenance and Vehicle Auctioneer
- Insurance Services (health insurance, motor vehicles, and asset insurance)
- Security Services – (Manned Security)
- Consultancy services (finance, training, HR, research, M&E, etc.)
- Advertising, Media, Video, and Photography services.
- Conferencing and accommodation
- General goods and services
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Legally registered business entity in Zambia
- Valid PACRA registration
- Tax compliant, with a valid TPIN and Tax Clearance Certificate
- Demonstrated experience in the relevant category applied for
- Financial and operational capacity to supply the required goods or services
- Commitment to ethical business practices and anti-corruption standards
Registration Requirements
Interested suppliers are required to submit the following documents:
- Company profile
- Valid PACRA certificate
- TPIN and current Tax Clearance Certificate
- Relevant professional certifications, licenses, or permits (where applicable)
- At least two (2) past performance references or contracts
- Completed MSZ Supplier Registration Form
The Supplier Registration Form can be obtained upon request by emailing: procurement@mariestopes.org.zm, clearly stating the category (or categories) you wish to apply for.

Important Information
- Registration in the MSZ Approved Supplier Database does not guarantee contract award.
- Registered suppliers will be considered for procurement opportunities in line with MSZ procurement policies and procedures.
- Incomplete, inaccurate, or late submissions will not be considered.
- Marie Stopes Zambia upholds strict ethical, anti-fraud, and anti-corruption procurement standards. Any attempt to influence the procurement process will result in disqualification.
- Current Suppliers and contractors must re-apply. Existing suppliers who do not reapply will cease to be on Marie Stopes Zambia suppliers list
