Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager will be proving strategic leadership in developing, executing, and optimizing the organization’s digital marketing initiatives through Tiktok, Facebook as well as Instagram. This role’s responsibility is driving brand growth, digital transformation, customer acquisition, and revenue through data-driven digital strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Strategic Leadership & Planning
- Develop and lead enterprise-wide digital marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
- Define digital vision, roadmap, and KPIs across all digital channels.
- Identify growth opportunities through market research, analytics, and emerging technologies.
- Advise executive management on digital trends, risks, and opportunities.
Performance Marketing & Revenue Growth
- Oversee paid media, SEO, social media, content, and CRM strategies to maximize ROI.
- Set performance benchmarks and ensure consistent optimization of campaigns.
- Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and conversion strategies.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
Brand, Content & Customer Experience
- Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all digital platforms.
- Lead content strategy to support customer engagement and retention.
- Optimize digital customer journeys and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and customer experience teams.
Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Establish data-driven decision-making frameworks using analytics tools.
- Interpret performance metrics and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure accurate reporting of campaign performance, ROI, and market impact.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team.
- Manage external agencies, consultants, and technology partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts.
- Foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Governance, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with data protection, advertising standards, and digital regulations.
- Manage reputational risk and brand integrity across digital platforms.
- Implement best practices in digital security and platform governance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Master’s Degree or professional certification is an added advantage.
- 5–7+ years of digital marketing experience, with leadership or management exposure.
- Proven success in scaling digital campaigns and driving business growth.
