Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and vigilant Security Supervisors responsible for overseeing security personnel and ensuring safety protocols are effectively implemented across our client sites in Zambia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate security staff activities on assigned sites.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular patrols and inspections to maintain high security standards.
- Handle security incidents and report accordingly.
- Train and mentor security personnel.
- Maintain detailed logs and incident reports.
- Liaise with clients and law enforcement when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in security supervision or management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of security systems and emergency procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations calmly.
- Valid motor bike licence
- Familiarity with local laws and security practices in Zambia.
