Title: Finance and Corporate Services Officer - Intern

Reports to: Assistant Manager - Finance and Corporate Services
We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Finance and Corporate Services Officer - Intern to join our team. This role supports finance operations, corporate services, systems usage, and administrative activities while providing hands-on exposure to real-world professional service operations.
The position is ideal for individuals seeking practical experience in accounting, corporate administration, and structured organisational processes, with a strong focus on accuracy, controls, and professional discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and record financial transactions accurately in the accounting system or ERP.
- Generate official receipts, invoices, and basic payment documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Support bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and petty cash records.
- Assist with procurement documentation, corporate records, and compliance files.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the department.
- Support daily use of internal systems, including ERP and digital tools.
- Assist with preparation and correct use of branded documents and templates.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Exposure to accounting software or ERP systems is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Basic IT proficiency and willingness to learn.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and good teamwork skills.
