Job Purpose
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and promoting Wattles and Comb animal feed products within the assigned province. The role involves managing key accounts, expanding market presence, and leading sales activities to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell animal feed products across the assigned province
- Develop and implement provincial sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, and agro-dealers
- Identify new market opportunities and grow the customer base
- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma in Agricultural Science, Agribusiness, or any agriculture-related course
- Must reside in the assigned province (Southern or Eastern)
- Fluency in local languages is mandatory
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven previous experience in sales (preferably in agriculture )
- For Southern Province candidates - speaking Tonga is an added advantage
