The executive will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies and coordinating marketing efforts to achieve company targets and enhance brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development: Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities with bodyshops, garages, dealerships, and distributors. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and margin targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Technical Support and Product Expertise: Provide technical and product expertise to customers, including product demonstrations and troubleshooting paint application problems.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Plan and implement new sales and marketing strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies, support marketing campaigns, and ensure proper product display and branding at key accounts and trade shows.
