Job Requirements – High School Teacher
- Must be a trained and qualified secondary school teacher with at least two teaching subjects.
- Should be competent and confident to teach a third subject when required.
- Must demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management skills.
- Should be willing to learn continuously and upgrade skills to remain current with curriculum changes, teaching methods, and educational trends.
- Must be open to professional development, mentorship, and peer learning.
- Should be flexible, innovative, and adaptable to different teaching needs.
- Must show commitment to students’ academic growth, discipline, and character development.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented school environment.
In the Application Include:
a. A handwritten application letter written on plain (unlined) paper.
The letter must be scanned and attached to the application.
b. A detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV).
c. A copy of the Degree or Diploma obtained from a recognized Teaching College.
d. A copy of Grade 12 ECZ results.
