- Human resource (HR) consultancy services
- Team building facilitation
- PSEAH Trainings
- Safeguarding trainings
- Baseline surveys
- Curriculum development
Category C: Communication Technology (ICT) Services/Products
- ICT vendors and resellers
- Professional IT support services
Network infrastructure services (installation, maintenance, upgrades)
Category D: Hospitality Services
- Lodging and accommodation facilities
- Conference and meeting facilities
- Catering services for events and corporate functions
Category E: Solar Equipments
- Supply and delivery of solar and solar equipments (Solar panels, batteries, PPES) etc.
Category F: General Supplies
- Office equipment
- Office stationary
- Printing of T-shirts
A successful supplier will be selected based on satisfactory support of our objective in respect of cost, timeliness and quality.
To be considered, the suppliers are required to submit the following by 20 February 2026:
1. Valid registration certificate from PACRA
2. Valid ZRA Tax clearance
3. A detailed company profile
4. Quotation for the supply and delivery of listed items above
6. Three (3) Recommendations/ letters from previous clients
