Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Generating leads for buying, selling, and renting properties.
• Negotiating for and obtaining mandates to list properties on our “for sale” stock.
• Continuously observing and reviewing the property market and our social media platforms for information on newly listed properties and noting the prevailing property prices at any given time.
• Advising property sellers about competitive market pricing with guidance from the Senior Sales Executive and the Sales and Listing Coordinator.
• Collecting adequate details on properties on sale including location, key property features, access roads, property size, state of repair, and minimum and maximum price for purposes of listing and marketing.
• Showing properties to potential buyers and lessees.
• Contributing to team effort by embracing a teamwork approach to work.
• Presenting offers to sellers and buyers, conducting negotiations, and facilitating buyer and seller meetings.
• Capturing the terms and conditions as agreed upon by the parties for preparation of offer letters and contracts of sale.
• Ensuring that listed properties are advertised on Facebook and other advertising channels in order to successfully execute the selling mandate.
• Participating in all marketing, sales, promotional, and other activities that contribute to selling activities, including cold calling.

Qualifications and Experience
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• At least two (2) years’ experience in sales, marketing, or real estate will be an added advantage.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and generate leads.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of the local property market will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media marketing platforms.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
