Role Overview
Weaverbird Group of Companies we are seeking five dynamic Sales & Marketing Representatives to strengthen our offline channel development and expand our market presence. The ideal candidates will bring proven experience in building and optimizing distribution networks, managing partner relationships, and driving regional sales growth.
Core Competencies & Experience
l Minimum 2+ years of B2B offline channel development in industries such as manufacturing, enterprise services, or industrial supplies.
l Demonstrated success in acquiring and optimizing offline distribution networks, partner resources, or regional channel coverage.
l Proficiency in end-to-end channel development processes: market research, partner identification, negotiation, contract signing, and performance tracking.
l Strong business acumen to analyze market dynamics, competitor strategies, and customer pain points for data-driven expansion.
Professional Skills
l Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build long-term relationships with distributors, resellers, and enterprise clients.
l Solid project management abilities to coordinate internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) and external partners.
l Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
Qualifications
l Certificate, Diploma in Marketing,or related fields.
l Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure with clear sales targets.
l Strong mobility and willingness to travel frequently for client visits, partner meetings, and regional market development.
