Scorpion Power Zambia Limited is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Marketing Officer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and driving sales through strategic outreach and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Manage sales cycles from lead generation to closing, specifically within the hire purchase and lending sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities in the financial services and retail sectors.
- Prepare regular reports on sales targets, marketing reach, and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing (a Bachelor’s Degree will be an added advantage).
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in Marketing and Sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Direct experience in Hire Purchase and Money Lending environments is essential.
- Skills: * Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and traditional sales techniques.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict sales targets.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
